Paranormal Investigators & Research Council of Michigan - (PIRCOM)
1.Where is your team based and when was your team formed?
Our team is headquartered in Fraser, MI, but many of our members, as well as our services, extend throughout south east and central Michigan. The group was officially formed in 2008, but it was a branch off of another group. The founding members have over 10 years of experience.
2.What can a client expect when they contact you?
Professionalism! We do most of our contact through email and if a client is in need of help, we are usually able to assist within a week or two. We treat each case seriously and confidentially, but we will first look for a natural explanation to what is causing the reported phenomenon. We remain in contact with our clients for follow up and if an investigation is scheduled, a team will arrive at the property, sit down with the client, conduct the investigation, and then return with our data analysis and a full investigation report.
3.How far do you travel for investigations? Our usual has been 1-2 1/2 hours, but we are willing to go wherever the need is. If it is too far we have other groups that we could recommend.
4.What is your stance on such things as "orbs" and much of the so called "ghost photos" out there on the Internet?I am glad you asked! I happen to be the skeptic on this subject matter and scrutinize all photos and other evidence that comes by my desk. I am not a strong believer in orbs unless they correspond with other evidence and all natural explanations can be ruled out.
5.Does your team have a religious affiliation?No
6.Does your team have an open or closed membership? Can people request to join you?
Open, and Yes! We have information on our website about how to join PIRCOM.
7.What is the teams motivation? What keeps PIRCOM going?
Our mission is to serve our community by scientifically investigating and documenting paranormal activity with the latest technology, working closely with clients in a confidential manner, and actively seeking to further the field of paranormal research. We are also a group of friends that share a common interest and enjoy being with each other. Contact info for the team www.pircomghosthunters.com

8.If your team had a official breakfast cereal, what would it be? (LOL...can't resist strange questions)
Are we allowed to make up our own? I think 'PIRCOM POPS' sounds magically delicious! Lol
9.Last, what's your opinion on all the paranormal hooplah going on in the media? We are thankful to the groups out there who have brought awareness and respect to what we do in the field of paranormal research. We are equally bothered by those who have exploited and given all paranormal investigators a bad name.
